When Are You Open?

Our shuttle service for disembarking guests is at 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Our shuttle services to the cruise terminals leaves at 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM.

Sunday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Monday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

**Our final shuttle departs at 11:30 AM.**

What About if My Ship is Delayed?

We stay in touch with the Cape Canaveral Port Authority to keep up with any changes to ship schedules. If there’s a delay, please follow the instructions given during check-in. Rest assured, even if your cruise is delayed, Disney Cruise Line Parking is here to support you!

Do You Offer Disabled Florida Veteran Parking?

While we do not provide free parking for Florida disabled veterans, the Port Canaveral terminals do offer free parking in compliance with Florida statutes. Please note that the port does not extend parking waivers to non-Florida residents. To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Possess a valid Florida toll exemption permit.
  • Have a license plate issued in Florida.
